The DEC is holding two public comments sessions on the proposed drilling regulations this week: Wed. November 16, 2011 in Dansville, NY and Thurs. November 17, 2011 in Binghamton, NY. Both sessions have public comments scheduled between 1-4pm and 6-9pm. See the DEC website.
